How refunds work
Email support@noasolutions.org from the address you purchased with, or use the receipt Paddle emailed you. Paddle issues the refund to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling does not delete your deck
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges and keeps access until the end of the period already paid for. Your words, settings and progress live on your own device and export remains available.
